This Hong Kong, home-grown carnival has become a much anticipated event in the annual event calendar.  Occupying the entire Central Harbourfront Event Space, the carnival includes F&B, entertainment, games stalls, mechanical rides and thrill rides.  TPS provides licensing services for the rides, event management and site monitoring throughout the carnival duration, as well as liaison with the government on operational issues.
